About Christopher Fusco
My name is Christopher Fusco. I am the managing partner of Callahan & Fusco, LLC with offices in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. I am admitted to practice law in these three states. Callahan & Fusco focuses primarily on the areas of general litigation, insurance defense, construction issues, contract law, lien law, professional liability, public entity law, employment, labor law, toxic torts and commercial issues. Callahan & Fusco has achieved an “AM BEST” insurance defense firm rating.
Prior to forming my own firm, I was an associate at both large and small law firms in New York City and New Jersey. I have also served as an Assistant District Attorney (Senior Trial Attorney) in Brooklyn, N.Y. I am a member of many professional associations, including the state bar associations of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I am member of the Bar Association of the City of New York. I participate in the Defense Research Institute.
Over my career, I have been involved in all forms of criminal and civil trials including homicide trials, robbery cases, narcotics offenses, federal civil rights trials, negligence cases and construction litigation.
I am the legal analyst for the MSG Network and have also served as a guest legal analyst on Court TV, MSNBC, FOX News, WNBC-TV, and WFAN (radio).
